We want every Velvet Parcel to arrive beautifully, freshly and as close as possible to your requested delivery date. Please read our delivery information before placing your order.
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for all orders. Large or custom gift box orders may require additional notice.
Orders should be placed on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday to allow delivery within the same week.
Weekend deliveries are not available. Orders can be placed in advance for birthdays, celebrations and special occasions.
Our delivery partners do their utmost to ensure parcels arrive on the requested delivery date, excluding weekends. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may result in delays.
For time-sensitive occasions, we recommend allowing an additional day for delivery. If your order is delayed, we will work closely with our delivery partner to ensure it is delivered on the next available working day.
Deliveries that arrive more than four working days late may qualify for a refund of the delivery fee.
Please provide accurate delivery details when placing your order.
Someone should be available to receive the parcel upon delivery.
Once delivered or collected, correct storage becomes the customer’s responsibility.
Full payment is required before production begins.
To give us enough time to prepare, pack and arrange delivery, please plan ahead where possible.
Place your order from Monday to Wednesday for possible delivery within the same week.
For birthdays, anniversaries and important dates, we recommend ordering in advance.
Allow an extra day for delivery where possible, especially for very important occasions.
All sponge cakes are freshly baked and packaged to ensure quality and freshness. For the best experience, enjoy your cake within 3–5 days of delivery.
Keep your cake in a cool, dry place.
Refrigerate only if recommended on the product label.
Products may contain or come into contact with wheat, eggs, milk and nuts.
